Jill Price

Jill Price is the Executive Director of the Asia Pacific Foundation of Canada, the leading think-tank on Canada’s relations with Asia. Prior to the Asia Pacific Foundation of Canada she was the Director of Philanthropy at BC Children’s Hospital Foundation where she established the corporate donor program, and led a number of successful campaigns, including the BC Children’s Mental Health Building. Ms. Price started as a financial analyst for in the real estate industry both in Montréal at Canderel Ltd. and in Vancouver at Bentall Corporation. She worked as a financial consultant for a number of years in the IT industry. Ms Price is a native of British Columbia and she and her family are proud to call Vancouver their home. She is a graduate of the UBC Sauder School of Business. She shares her business perspective with the editorial advisory board of Business in Vancouver and is a dedicated volunteer, serving as government liaison for the 2006 IIHF World Junior Hockey Championships and as a kitchen volunteer at the Union Gospel Mission. She also proudly serves on the board of Arts Umbrella, an institution dedicated to providing children with high quality arts education.
