Abstract:

As Washington – and Ottawa – seek a new strategy for Afghanistan, analysts in India have their own ideas on how to resolve the conflict. With NATO seemingly unwilling to commit sufficient troops, why not ask Afghanistan’s neighbours in South and Central Asia to become involved with arms and aid? A stable Afghanistan is in their interest.
