Lebanon Evacuation Shows the Need for a Canadian Diaspora Strategy

Abstract:

The evacuation of many of the 50,000 Canadians caught in Lebanon as fierce fighting erupted between Israel and Hezbolah shows the need for Canada to develop policies for dealing with its growing diaspora.
