Cantronic Systems Inc. Increases Stake in Chinese Subsidiary

Vancouver-based Cantronic Systems Inc., which manufactures and distributes active and passive CCTV infrared imaging and night vision cameras, announced that it has purchased an additional 9.08% stake in Beijing Advanced VideoInfo Technology Co. Ltd. of China for C$0.14 million. This brings Cantronic’s ownership in the Chinese company to 67.64%. Cantronic has three subsidairies in China that provide digital networked video surveillance systems – the other two are Cantronic Security Systems (China) Co. Ltd and Shenzhen Huanghe Digital Technology Ltd.
