Chinese Partner of Peak Positioning Technologies Signs E-Commerce Agreement with Chinese Bank, ICBC

Montreal-based Peak Positioning Technologies, a software developer for smartphones and other mobile computing devices, announced that its Chinese partner, LongKey-Hong Kong Limited, has signed an agreement to provide e-commerce platform to the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China’s (ICBC) business customers. Under an existing partnership agreement, fees received by LongKey from ICBC will be shared with Peak. The e-commerce platform is expected to help business customers establish an online presence and participate in the online shopping market in China. LongKey Hong Kong Ltd., through its subsidiary, LongKey Software Technology Ltd., provides IT solutions, and cloud-based business management and mobile applications.
