CIBT Education to Establish Partnerships with Two Universities in China

Vancouver-based CIBT Education Group Inc., an internationally-focused education management company, announced that it has signed Memorandums of Understanding (MOU) with two universities in southern China: Guangzhou University and Zhaoqing University. CIBT Group will set up a Global Learning Network within each university, equipped with video conferencing technology. This technology will allow instructors in Canada to offer additional programs to Guanghzhou and Zhaoqing students, including pre-Master’s transfer programs, English teacher certification, tourism and hospitality management training, and preparation programs for overseas study.
