Connors Bros. Income Fund Sells the Brunswick Brand in Australia and New Zealand

New Brunswick’s Connors Bros. Income Fund announced that its subsidiary, Clover Leaf Seafoods, L.P., has executed an C$11M transaction agreement with So Natural Foods of Australia in which So Natural will acquire all of the assets of the Brunswick brand in Australia and New Zealand. The companies also signed a procurement services agreement under which Connors’ subsidiaries will continue to supply or procure Brunswick products to So Natural. Connors Bros. is a worldwide marketer and supplier of branded, protein-rich food products, with a primary focus on seafood.
