Former Ambassador Joseph Caron Appointed Distinguished Fellow of Asia Pacific Foundation of Canada

The Asia Pacific Foundation of Canada announced the appointment of Joseph Caron as a Distinguished Fellow of the Foundation. Mr. Caron is the former High Commissioner to India, Ambassador to China and Japan. “Joseph Caron has long been a close friend and supporter of the Foundation,” APF Canada President and CEO Yuen Pau Woo said. “We are fortunate to be able to draw on Mr. Caron’s extensive experience as one of Canada’s most accomplished diplomats.” As a Distinguished Fellow, Mr. Caron will offer input and advice to assist the Foundation’s mission of building strong relations between Canada and Asia, drawing on his knowledge and experience as a leading public policy figure.
