Kincora Copper Signs LOI for Copper-Gold Property in Mongolia

Kincora Copper Limited, a Vancouver-based mining exploration and development company, announced that it has entered into a letter of intent (LOI) with a Canadian merchant bank, Forbes & Manhattan Inc., and Temujin Mining Corp., a private exploration and development company in the Oyu Tolgoi region of Mongolia. According to the LOI, Kincora will obtain from Temujin all issued and outstanding shares of Golden Grouse LLC of Mongolia, which currently holds licenses for mineral exploration alongside the Kincora’s Bronze Fox project in Mongolia. Kincora focuses on copper-gold deposits in Mongolia.
