Methanex Signs Gas Supply Agreement with Todd Energy of New Zealand

Methanex Corporation, a Vancouver-based methanol supplier, announced that it has signed a 10-year agreement with Todd Energy of New Zealand to provide natural gas for as much as half of the 1.5 million tonnes of yearly capacity at Todd Energy’s Motunui site. Todd Energy, a subsidiary of Todd Corporation, is a privately held diversified energy company based in Wellington.
