NMC Resource of South Korea Enters into Option Agreement for Acquisition of BC Mine

South Korea-based NMC Resource Corporation announced that it has entered into an option agreement with Maclaren Forest Products Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Xstrata Canada Corporation, pursuant to which it has acquired an option to purchase a 100% interest in Boss Mountain molybdenum mine near Hendrix Lake, BC. Molybdenum is used to strengthen steel alloy, lighten steel products, and enhance steel durability.
