Rambler Metals Forms Agreement with Tinma International of China

Newfoundland-based Rambler Metals and Mining PLC announced that it has formed a conditional subscription agreement with China-based Tinma International Ltd. Tinma currently holds approximately 11.55% of Rambler’s issued share capital. Under the agreement, Tinma would be able to subscribe at C$0.58 per ordinary share for 7,118,012 ordinary shares through a non-brokered private placement, for gross proceeds to Rambler of C$4.13 million. Rambler Metals is a junior mining company with 100% ownership of the Ming Copper-Gold Mine in Baie Verte, Newfoundland and Labrador. Tinma, a privately held company, has offices in China and Hong Kong.
