Sernova Receives Patent Allowance in Japan

Sernova Corp., a health sciences company based in London, Ontario, announced that it has been issued a Notice of Allowance from the Japan Patent Office for a patent entitled “Compositions Containing Sertoli Cells and Myoid Cells and Use Thereof in Cellular Transplants.” Allowance has been granted in Australia, and is pending in other international jurisdictions such as Canada, Europe, and the U.S. Sernova is focused on product development and commercialization of proprietary platform medical technologies in the cell therapy arena.
