Sparta Capital Announces Five-Year Exclusive Distribution Agreement in New Zealand

Calgary-based Sparta Capital Ltd. has entered into an exclusive distribution agreement for the AddecoTech fuel additive injector across New Zealand. Under the terms of the five-year agreement, Towai Technologies Limited (Towai) of Auckland, New Zealand will distribute and support Sparta’s AddecoTech product line to on-road diesel-powered transport trucks. Sparta Capital Ltd. is a publicly-traded investment and distribution company that invests in and distributes a range of technologies focused on green solutions in the global logistics industry.
