Zecotek Photonics Receives Patent from China’s State Intellectual Property Office

Richmond, BC-based Zecotek Photonics Inc. announced it has received a patent from China’s State Intellectual Property Office for its Micro-channel Avalanche Photodiode solid-state photo detector, a key component of high-resolution positron emission tomography (PET) scanners. Zecotek develops advanced technology products for medical, industrial and scientific uses.
