Montreal-based loyalty management company Aimia Inc. has formed a partnership with Axis Bank, an Indian private-sector bank, launching its bankwide customer loyalty program, eDGE Loyalty Rewards. TAG Oil, a Vancouver-based production and exploration company with operations exclusively in New Zealand, has agreed to sell its 90% stake in Opunake Hydro Limited (OHL) to Coronado Resources Ltd. in exchange for common shares of Coronado valued at approximately C$5 million. The Ontario-based Canada China Investment Association’s (CCIA) ten-day trade mission to China began on May 15. Several Ontario mayors, including those of Waterloo, St. Catharines and Niagara-On-The-Lake, will participate in conferences and meetings with industrial leaders, entrepreneurs and government officials in Beijing and Shanghai.
