Australia Pacific Airports Melbourne Pty. Ltd. Expands Existing CCTV System from March Networks Corp.

Ottawa-based March Networks Corp., a provider of intelligent IP video and business analysis applications, announced that Australia Pacific Airports Melbourne Pty. Ltd. is expanding its existing March Networks CCTV system significantly and enhancing surveillance and monitoring capabilities with the company’s VideoSphere solution. Melbourne Airport staff are using the March Networks systems to monitor activities in real-time and quickly access archived video from a centralized control room. They are also using the IP video to maintain customer service and operational excellence, through applications such as taxi queue monitoring, luggage trolley tracking, and baggage handling oversight. March Networks opened a regional office in Sydney in June 2009.
