Canada’s Japan Gold Granted Prospecting Rights for 23 Licences

Vancouver-headquartered Japan Gold Corp. has been granted 23 prospecting rights licences for the Ikutahara project in northern Hokkaido, Japan, by the Japanese Ministry of Energy, Trade and Industry (METI). The licences authorize the company to commence more advanced exploration methods, including drilling at the 19,114-hectare Ikutahara project. A further 33 project-related applications by Japan Gold Corp. are being further processed by METI.
