Canadian Helicopters Group Inc. to Acquire Helicopters New Zealand

Canadian Helicopters Group Inc. announced that it has entered into a sale and purchase agreement to acquire the assets of New Zealand-based Helicopters (N.Z.) Limited. The acquisition also includes the shares of Helicopters (Australia) Pty Ltd and other active subsidiary companies and the assets of Helicopter Nominees Limited. The transaction purchase price is approximately C$120 million. Canadian Helicopters made the agreement through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Canadian Helicopters Limited. Canadian Helicopters is a helicopter transportation services company with offices in Edmonton and Les Cèdres, Québec.
