Canam Group Acquires Assets of InteliBuild Limited in Hong Kong

Bourcherville, Quebec-based Technyx, a division of Canam Group that markets building information modeling (BIM) services and the outsourcing of technical detailing resources, has acquired the assets of InteliBuild Limited located in Hong Kong as well as the right to use its trademark. InteliBuild provides consulting services to clients in Asia, China and the Middle East on construction projects that use BIM and 3D digital models. A newly created entity will now pursue its activities under the name of InteliBuild Technyx Asia, a joint venture in which Canam Group holds the majority of shares. The Canam Group is an industrial company operating 12 plants specialized in the design and fabrication of construction products and solutions.
