Cascades Inc. to Sell Dopaco to New Zealand’s Reynolds Group for US$400 Million

Quebec-based Cascades Inc., a producer, converter and marketer of packing and tissue products composed mainly of recycled fibers, announced that it has entered into an agreement with New Zealand-based Reynolds Group Holdings Limited to sell Dopaco Inc. for US$400 million. Dopaco is Cascades Inc.’s manufacturer of cups and folding cartons for the quick-service restaurant and food service industries. Reynolds Group is a leading global manufacturer and supplier of consumer food and beverage packaging and storage products.
