Challenger Deep Resources to Purchase Coal Project in Indonesia

Challenger Deep Resources Corp., a Calgary-based exploration company focused on coal production in Indonesia, announced that it has exercised the option, through its wholly owned subsidiary, P.T. Bestindo Energy, to acquire an additional coal project in East Kalimantan, Indonesia. Challenger Deep will make the acquisition from PT Pelangi, a privately-held Indonesian firm. The Pelangi project is located near Challenger’s Tabang coal project.
