Chinese Partner of Peak Positioning Techologies Signs Distribution Agreement for Mobile Platform

Montreal-based Peak Positioning Technologies Inc. announced that its Chinese partner, LongKey-Hong Kong Limited, has signed a master agreement with a China Unicom subsidiary, UNISK, to promote and distribute the AiNi Mobile Cloud Platform to Unicom customers in China. UNISK is a joint venture between China Unicom and SK Telecom of South Korea that provides applications and content for China Unicom. Peak Positioning Technologies Inc. is a software developer for smartphones and other mobile computing devices. LongKey-Hong Kong Ltd., through its subsidiary LongKey Software Technology Ltd., provides IT solutions, and cloud-based business management and mobile applications.
