Constellation Software Acquires Centaman Holdings Pty. Ltd. of Australia

Toronto-based Constellation Software Inc. announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Gary Jonas Computing Ltd., has acquired Centaman Holdings Pty. Ltd. of Sydney, Australia. Constellation Software is an international provider of software and services to a number of industries. The company acquires, manages and builds vertical market software businesses that provide software solutions to address the specific needs of its customers. Jonas is a provider of enterprise management software solutions to club, fitness and leisure, foodservices, construction management, moving and storage and metal service centres industries. The acquisition expands Jonas’ presence in the leisure market and represents its entry into the attractions market.
