CSM Systems Teams Up with South Korea's Sintec Corp.

CSM Systems Corp.’s subsidiary, VisionState Inc., has entered into a joint reciprocal reseller agreement with South Korea-based Sintec Corp.’s subsidiary, Sintec North America. Sintec’s digital web cameras and video conferencing systems will be bundled with VisionState’s digital display systems which will be distributed worldwide through Sintec’s distribution network. VisionState is a manufacturer of Plasma and LCD stands and is a reseller of digital display monitors. Edmonton-based CSM Systems is a developer of e-business solutions.
