GLV Water Treatment Group Acquires Australian Environmental Service Company

Montreal-based water treatment company GLV Inc. acquired all the outstanding shares of AJM Environmental Services Pty. Ltd. of Sydney, Australia, a company specializing in integrated technological solutions for industrial wastewater treatment and re-use, primarily for the food and beverage production and processing industry. The transaction was settled by a cash consideration of C$16.2 million, financed using GLV’s credit facilities, and the assumption of a C$1.9 million debt relating entirely to the building housing AJM’s Sydney-based headquarters. GLV Inc. is focused on technological solutions used in water treatment and in pulp and paper production.
