Toronto-headquartered GreenSpace Brands Inc., a brand ideation company that develops, markets, and sells premium natural food products, has signed an exclusive distribution agreement with the Sinova Group through its subsidiary, JustOrder Technologies Inc., to launch a curated assortment of GreenSpace wholly-owned Love Child products through cross-border e-commerce channels in China. Sinova is a Vancouver-headquartered natural and gourmet food supplier focused on the Chinese market and Vancouver-based JustOrder focuses on cross border e-commerce with retailers and distributors in China. The exclusive distribution agreement with JustOrder initially covers the listing of Love Child products on-line through Alibaba and Kaola, the top two platforms for cross-border e-commerce in China. The arrangement will see Sinova purchase Canadian-labelled products, shipping the products to China and selling through on-line platforms. GreenSpace will maintain control of all elements of the brand and associated marketing material. Over time, it is expected that the relationship will be broadened to include other retail channels within China as the Love Child brand gets established with Chinese consumers.
