Groupe Aeroplan Forms Joint Venture for Loyalty Program in India

Groupe Aeroplan Inc., a Canadian loyalty marketing and management company, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Tata Capital of India, a financial services provider and subsidiary of Tata Sons Limited, to form a joint venture in India. Groupe Aeroplan’s loyalty programs in Italy and the United Kingdom will be the model for the future India venture.
