IMS Signs Distribution Agreement with Entwined Solutions for Australian and New Zealand Markets

Waterloo-based-Intelligent Mechatronic Systems Inc. (IMS), announced that it has signed with Entwined Solutions, a provider of wireless devices, software and services, to distribute iLane across Australia and New Zealand through business-to-business on-line, and retail channels. iLane is a hands-free device that allows users to manage their smartphone device using simple voice commands. Unlike other dial-in solutions, iLane is a self-contained, portable hardware solution that automatically pairs with a user’s smartphone. IMS specializes in the research, development and production of solutions in telematics, automotive safety and mobile media.
