International Road Dynamics Signs Hong Kong Contract

Saskatoon-based International Road Dynamics Inc. (IRD) received a contract from Lucky Engineering Co. Ltd. in Hong Kong to supply and install a Weigh-In-Motion (WIM) system for Bridge Monitoring/Protection on the Stonecutters Bridge in Hong Kong. Stonecutters Bridge is a 1,596 m. long dual 3-lane high level cable-stayed bridge, with a clear span of 1,018 m. The bridge construction and Weigh-in-Motion installation are to be complete by the end of June 2009. IRD’s total contract value is approximately C$806,400. IRD is a highway traffic management technology company specializing in supplying products and systems to the global Intelligent Transportation Systems industry.
