Monument Mining to Acquire a 70% Interest in Polymetalic Project in Malaysia

Vancouver-based Monument Mining Limited announced that, through its wholly-owned Malaysia subsidiary, Monument Mengapur Sdn. Bhd. (formerly Orifer Asia Sdn. Bhd.), it has entered into a binding memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Malaco Mining Sdn. Bhd and Malaco’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Cermat Aman Sdn. Bhd, to acquire the Mengapur Polymetalic Project in Malaysia’s Pahang State. Upon completion of the acquisition, Monument Mining would hold a 70% pre-financing interest in the project. Monument Mining is a gold mining production and exploration company operating in Malaysia.
