Norwall Group to Outsource Manufacturing to DID Co. Ltd. of South Korea

Mississauga-based Norwall Group Inc., a manufacturer of residential wallcoverings, announced that it will outsource its manufacturing to DID Co. Ltd. of South Korea. The Seoul-based wallpaper manufacturer will purchase Norwall’s manufacturing equipment for US$1.9 million. Norwall said that it “will retain ownership of all of its engravings, print and embossing rollers, designs and collections and will continue to service all present and future product lines worldwide including the design of all new Norwall product.”
