Noveko Signs a 3-Year Distribution Agreement for Antimicrobial Masks in Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand and Brunei

Montreal-based Noveko International Inc. announced that its subsidiary, Noveko Inc., concluded an exclusive distribution agreement for its antimicrobial masks and respirators and its Azuro hand sanitizers with Malaysian-based SappTech Sdn. Bhd. This agreement, which has an initial term of three years, covers the distribution of these products in Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand and Brunei Darussalam. The agreement also covers Epurair Inc. air purifiers. SappTech will purchase a minimum of 100 million masks over the term of the agreement and must order at least one third of this amount yearly to maintain exclusive distributor rights. The estimated value of the contract is C$25 million.
