Silvore Fox Minerals Signs Strategic Agreement with Beijing Donia Resources

Nova Scotia-based mineral exploration company, Silvore Fox Minerals Corp., has entered into a co-operation agreement with Beijing Donia Resources Co. Ltd., which specializes in overseas mineral resources exploration. Donia is the parent company of Sino Minerals Corp. The terms of the agreement include: the companies will work together globally with a focus on the Americas; the companies will jointly focus on both precious and base metals; they will work together in acquiring resource properties and/or companies with desirable resource assets; and Donia will provide Silvore Fox with technical support for the exploration program for its flagship Coxheath property in Nova Scotia.
