The Canada We Want in 2020 - Rising to Meet the Asia Challenge Chapter

Abstract:

‘The Canada We Want in 2020,’ produced by Canada 2020, is an edited volume of 15 papers by leading Canadians - business leaders, former senior politicians and public servants, and academics - proposing a variety of policy options to address challenges and opportunities in the areas of healthcare, balancing carbon production and consumption, income inequality and productivity, and capitalizing on Asian markets.  The ‘Rising to Meet the Asia Challenge’ chapter includes contributions from Dominic Barton, Global Managing Director of McKinsey & Company; Yuen Pau Woo, President and CEO of the Asia Pacific Foundation of Canada; and Rana Sarkar, President and CEO of the Canada-India Business Council.
