Proportion of Total Population of Major Asian Ethnic Groups by Province

In BC, the percentage of the total population who indicated an Asian ethnic origin in the 2011 census is over 25% – the highest in the country. The proportion is second-highest in Ontario (18.5%) and third-highest in Alberta (14.3%).
