Aries A. Arugay

Aries A. Arugay (aries.arugay@upd.edu.ph) is Associate Professor of Political Science at the University of the Philippines in Diliman. He is also the Executive Director of the Institute for Strategic and Development Studies, Inc., a private security studies think-tank based in Manila.
