APF Canada Invites Media to Attend Presentation by ADB Chief Economist in Vancouver

October 2, 2014 – VANCOUVER, BC – The Asia Pacific Foundation invites media to attend a presentation by Mr. Shang-Jin Wei, Chief Economist of the Asian Development Bank. Mr. Wei will unveil findings of the Key Indicators for Asia and the Pacific 2014 Report. The Key Indicators includes the latest available economic, financial, social and environmental indicators for regional economies of Asia and the Pacific. This year’s report includes a special chapter on Poverty in Asia.

Where: Room 2800, Segal Graduate School, 500 Granville Street, Vancouver.

When:  Monday, October, 6; 4:00-5:30pm.

Opportunity: Presentation by Mr. Shang-Jin Wei, Chief Economist, Asian Development Bank; opening remarks by Stewart Beck, President and CEO, Asia Pacific Foundation of Canada. Mr. Wei will be available for interviews immediately before the event.
