Canadian and Chinese Developers Break Ground on Montreal Tower

Montréal-headquartered property developer Brivia Group and Tianqing Investment Group, the Canadian subsidiary of Gansu Tianqing Group Real Estate Co. Ltd., the largest real estate company in Gansu Province of China, broke ground today on the 36-floor QuinzeCent residential tower in Montréal. Located in downtown Montréal, the QuinzeCent will feature 428 condo units and will welcome its first residents in 2022. Tianqing has projects in 11 cities across China (including Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Suzhou and Zhuhai) and in the United States and Canada. This is the company’s third project in Montréal.
