Paola Duncan

Bio

Paola K. Duncan is the Co-Founder and International Trader at Orionsea Enterprises Inc., a Canadian exporter of pulses, grains, and specialty crops with operations across Canada and partnerships spanning the Americas, Europe, and Asia. Since co-founding Orionsea in 2014, she has played a key role in expanding the company’s global reach and strengthening trade connections across diverse markets.  

Fluent in English, Spanish, French, and Mandarin, and conversational in Portuguese, Paola brings extensive cross-cultural expertise and international business experience gained from living and working abroad, including in China, North America, and Latin America. She excels in building strong, trust-based relationships between growers, processors, and buyers worldwide.  

Paola’s work reflects her commitment to quality, integrity, and innovation in agricultural trade. She is passionate about connecting Canadian agribusiness with emerging global markets and fostering sustainable, long-term partnerships.
