Chasse Helbin
Master’s Student in International Policy, Stanford University
Chasse is originally from a small Francophone community in Northern Ontario. He earned his bachelor's degree at the University of Ottawa and held positions at the House of Commons, Library of Parliament, and Senate of Canada. Chasse advised senior parliamentarians on diplomatic and legislative matters before pursuing graduate studies in China, where he completed a master's degree focusing on Chinese foreign policy and energy at Peking University as a Yenching Scholar. He has most recently been working for the European Commission in Brussels, focusing on energy security and European Union–China energy relations. He is an incoming Master's in International Policy candidate at Stanford University.
