Supporting Research and Informed Discussion

The grants program, funded through the proceeds of an endowment established by the Government of Canada, supports research and informed discussion on Canada's relations with Asia. We offer the following fellowship programs: post-graduate research, distinguished, media, and the McArthur Fellowship.

Research Fellowships

APF Canada is committed to fostering the next generation of Asia Pacific researchers and analysts. To this end, it offers several Research Scholarships annually to students or recent grads to join our Research team for six months to a year. Successful applicants will have a background in Asia-related research in Asian studies, political science, economics, history, business, international relations, or related humanities or social science program.
