Vicky Huang

Master’s Student in Political Science, McGill University

Vicky is pursuing her graduate studies at McGill University, supported by a Canada Graduate Scholarship from the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada. Her research focuses on emerging technologies, digital governance, and development across the Indo-Pacific. She has worked as a research assistant on projects archiving Southeast Asian refugee history in Canada and previously served as a Communications Intern with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, where she supported policy communications and advocacy initiatives. Vicky holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Cinema Studies from the University of Toronto.
