Neor Tiku
Master’s Student in Public Policy, University of Oxford
Neor has over five years of government experience, including three years working for senior cabinet ministers. From 2022–25, he served in the offices of Canada's Ministers of International Development, Emergency Preparedness, and National Defence. Most recently, as a policy and regional affairs advisor at National Defence, Neor supported work on Canada's Indo-Pacific defence policy and on NATO defence spending commitments. In 2025, Neor left government to pursue a Master of Public Policy at the University of Oxford. He holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of British Columbia. His interests focus on Canada's role in the Indo-Pacific and how middle powers navigate a shifting security environment.
