North Korea

As of April 15, there have been no official confirmation of COVID-19 cases. On January 21, North Korea became the first country which closed its borders and suspended all flights from China and Russia. The regime quarantined all foreigners in their diplomatic compounds for 30 days, and arranged some of their departure routes through Russia on March 8. The regime closed schools, banned public events, and required a 30-day quarantine for foreign travellers (i.e. diplomats and international workers). The WHO and Russia have provided test kits and PPEs to the regime.
