Real Change with MARC: Reimagining Gender Equity addresses the workplace implications of traditional views of masculinity and inspires men—and people of all genders—to work in partnership to create collective culture change toward greater gender equity. This Catalyst event provides a safe space for deep learning and for practicing difficult conversations on critically important—and at times deeply polarizing—topics. Together, we will reimagine gender equity and unpack what real change means and how it can be achieved through storytelling, best-practice sharing, and collective learning.
