Nari Pyo
Dr. Nari Pyo is an Assistant Professor of the Department of Asian and Pacific Studies of the Korea National Diplomatic Academy (KNDA). She is also a Research Committee Member of the Korean Association of International Studies (KAIS), and the Korean Association for Public Diplomacy. She also serves as an advisor to the Ministry of National Defense, the Ministry of Unification, the Seoul Metropolitan Government and the Inchon Metropolitan Government of the Republic of Korea.
Dr. Pyo has written extensively on East Asian security and China’s foreign policy. Dr. Pyo’s current research focuses on China’s international behaviour, cultures in international relations, and non-traditional security issues, including gray zone strategy and public diplomacy. She has published books and articles in numerous academic journals, including China’s Non-Traditional Security under US-China Conflict (2023), The 30th Anniversary of Korea-China Ties: Reflection and Alternatives (2022), The 100th Anniversary of the Founding of the CCP and 2050 China: What Kind of Power Will It Become?
