
Kenneth Goh
Dr. Kenneth Goh is an Associate Professor of Strategy & Entrepreneurship and Academic Director of the Business Families Institute (BFI) at Singapore Management University (SMU). His research focuses on innovation, inclusion, top management teams, board dynamics, and family business.
Dr. Goh leads BFI’s initiatives to support business families and advisors in driving growth and impact. He also oversees the Innovation & Entrepreneurship major at the Lee Kong Chian School of Business, teaching students how to create and scale ventures. His work has been published in top management journals, and he has authored widely used case studies on family business and innovation. Prior to SMU, he was a faculty member at the Ivey Business School, Western University, and worked in investment banking and entrepreneurship.
Dr. Goh has won teaching awards and serves as President of Singapore Aquatics, the national governing body for high-performance aquatic sports in Singapore, and is also a member of the Ministry of Education’s Commerce Curriculum Review Committee.
