The Centre for Asia Pacific Initiatives at the University of Victoria is hosting a free public lecture with Dr. Minxin Pei from the Keck Center for International and Strategic Studies at Claremont McKenna College in California on September 27. The lecture will take place from 7:00PM-8:30PM in the Hickman Building in Room 105. The talk is a keynote to a workshop on political transformation entitled “Perspectives on China’s Transition,” that will take place on September 28 from 9:00AM-5:00PM at the Senate Chambers at the University Centre at UVic.
