Floor 9 Salon Series: Pacific Post Modern
The Asia Pacific Foundation of Canada is pleased to host the second instalment of the Floor 9 Salon Series, a quarterly interdisciplinary arts and cultural showcase of local and visiting artists who have roots in the Asia Pacific.
A free, public presentation, "Pacific Post Modern" features:
- novelist and poet Larissa Lai, who holds the Canada Research Chair in Creative Writing at the University of Calgary
- multimedia artist Andrew Lee, whose installations have been exhibited in New York, Malmo and Vancouver
- award-winning poet Rita Wong, who has written four books of poetry and is currently working on an anthology about water
